A far cry from the so-called 'roach-coaches' of the past, the gourmet food trucks of today seem to be the hottest ticket going - and with the longest lines - at carnivals, fairs, festivals, corporate events and private parties.

One of the trucks that was drawing some of the biggest crowds at last weekend's Dutchess County Balloon Festival was Off The Hook, a gourmet seafood truck.

One taste of their food tells you exactly where the name came from.

Off The Hook, out of Franklin Lakes, in Bergen County N.J., specializes in scrumptious seafood offerings - think overstuffed lobster rolls, crab cake sliders, clam chowder, and shrimp, along with other offerings like beef sliders.
